Pylades offers various training courses for Dynamics AX, functionally as well as at development level.

Microsoft SharePoint
Pylades gives SharePoint training courses on two levels:
- SharePoint training course for the SharePoint “kings”. The “SharePoint kings” are individuals that initiate and/or guide the introduction of SharePoint from the customer. Think of quality managers, process managers and employees of the communication department. In this course the SharePoint applications are introduced. There is a basic course and an advanced course.
- SharePoint end-users training course. This short 4 hour's course teaches the users all SharePoint applications, with emphasis on learning how to use the document management applications of SharePoint (update management, check in/out).
The New Way of Working:
In the New Way of Working your presence in the office from 9 to 5 is no longer a priority. This old “industrial” way of thinking is abandoned. The modern knowledge worker is very able to determine himself or herself where and when he or she is working and understands that he or she will be judged on their performance instead of on their presence. With that, it is crucial to have the necessary tools at your disposal to enable you to work at all times and at all places. Obviously, SharePoint and the data from Dynamics AX play an important part here. However, as always, ICT-tools will remain tools to help you with doing your job. In the New Way of Working time management plays an important role, as you yourself are responsible for doing your job properly and on time. In the New Way of Working training course of Pylades we will work extensively at time management skills and the use of the right tools. Subjects that will be tackled are:
- Empty your inbox at least once a day
- How to pick up work and make sure to forget nothing
- How to work on your to-do list in a disciplinary manner
- How to improve your work habit
During the course the students will receive a lot of useful tips, in the use of Word and Outlook combined with SharePoint. Part of the training course is inspired by the Getting Things Done method. The end users course SharePoint may be very well combined with this New Way of Working training course.
As changing your time management skills does not come naturally, you should consider to plan for some return and brush-up moment, where during workshop sessions the experiences of participants of the New Way of Working are shared.
